Privacy

This site is a single-therapist marketing site. We collect as little data as we can, and we never store personal information from the contact form in our own database — that information lives only in the therapist's email inbox.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set cookies. It does not run third-party advertising or behavioral tracking scripts. You will not see a cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Visitor analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregated. It records pageviews, referring URLs, and device class (mobile / desktop / tablet) without storing visitor IP addresses or building per-visitor profiles. No data is sold or shared.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, phone number, message, and how you heard about the practice are emailed directly to the therapist. They are not stored in our database.

A separate anonymous record — a short reference ID, the submission timestamp, and the referral source you selected — is saved in our analytics database so we can measure how the practice is reaching new clients. That record contains no personal information and cannot be linked back to you from our side.

The therapist's email inbox is the only place personal information lives. To request a copy or deletion of any email you have sent us, contact jp@jamesnoletherapy.com.

Clinical information

Please do not share detailed medical history through the contact form. Briefly noting what brings you to therapy is fine; specifics belong in a confidential consultation.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of vendors to run the site and the contact pipeline:

  • Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, cookieless analytics, spam filtering on the contact form).
  • Sanity (the content management system — stores only the public page and blog content, no visitor data).
  • Resend (delivers contact-form submissions to the therapist's inbox).

None of these services receive cookies set by this site.

Children

This site is intended for adults seeking psychotherapy. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Updates to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will replace this page. Material changes will be summarized at the top.
